NASA Space Technology Mission Directorate’s iTech initiative is a yearlong effort to find innovative ideas (through 3 annual Cycles) that address challenges and will fill gaps in five critical areas identified by NASA as having a potential impact on future exploration. In the focus area of Healthcare, Kanteron Systems’ Precision Medicine Software has been selected as a Top healthcare software of the year, top 3 healthcare technology of the year, and top 25 overall technology of Cycle II.
NASA iTech searches for and identifies advancements in technologies that are solving problems on Earth and have the potential to address existing challenges to enable NASA missions. NASA judges selected 10 innovations based on criteria including technical viability, likely impact on future space exploration, benefits to humanity and commercialization potential. One of those innovations selected by NASA is Kanteron Systems’ Precision Medicine Software.
According to the metrics and methodology of the Financial Times 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies Kanteron Systems currently meets the criteria to be in the top 100 of Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies.
