Kanteron Systems today announced that Erin Kogan, CFA, formerly CFO/COO of Mana Partners LLC, has joined Kanteron as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Erin will manage the company’s fundraising process and capital structure. She will also be responsible for risk management and financial strategy planning, in order to help us achieve sustainable growth.

Erin is a technologically savvy financial services professional with a BA degree in Mathematics & Economics, MS degrees in Quantitative Finance (Rutgers University) and Business Research (Columbia Business School), and 10+ years of experience across market maker, broker-dealer, trading, and fintech companies.

Erin started her career in finance at Knight Capital Group, and while at Mana Partners, in addition to her CFO/COO duties, she served on the Board of Directors of both Mana Tech LLC and the Mana Omega Fund Cayman Ltd. as well as the Review Committee for Mana Omega Master Fund LP. Erin advises Entier Enterprises on capital raising and marketing.

Prior to joining Kanteron, Erin was CFO at Beespoke Capital, where she built a broker dealer to market the private placements of quantitative hedge fund strategies to a wide range of investors, ensured compliance with FINRA & SEC regulations, and acted as the firm’s FinOp.
