Kanteron Systems and DigiPath, Inc. (OTCBB: DIGP) today announce they have entered in a Joint Selling & Marketing Agreement to shared resources and implement a fully integrated digital pathology & radiology solution.

Kanteron’s KMIIS, a cutting-edge hospital information system, simplifies the management of radiology and pathology within hospital networks. The solution is fully interoperable with PACS-Vendor Neutral Archive, EHR, RIS, and LIS via standards-compliant protocols (like DICOM and HL7). The KMIIS system also includes a zero-footprint remote single interface for access to PACS, VNA, RIS, WorkList Server, and Digital Pathology image viewer that includes zoom, pan, measure, annotate, and report tools functions.
